It was horrible experience at this hotel. First, we booked an executive room but basic facilities like TV were not working and when we called the staff, they said it's a dummy TV which is only for show. Second, the room was full of cockroaches and despite complaining multiple times, nothing was done. Third, the staff cheated us in room service by charging additional amounts than what was given in the menu in the name of GST. Fourth, when we ordered for fried rice, the staff duped us by giving half the quantity of what was served the previous night. Despite raising the complaints multiple times, the staff at the reception was rude and refused to address any of our concerns. We trusted make my trip for this booking but had a horrible experience with this hotel (Hotel Airport City). We do not recommend this for anyone.

Decent hotel near the airport in Mahipalpur. Easily accessible from the main road. Rooms are maintained and everything is available nearby. Service is good and the manager is very cooperative. Value for money.

Stayed for a week during an official visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service is excellent. Rooms are clean and with best amenities. Would have been better if finger bowls were provided at the breakfast table on request rather than asking to go to the toilet to wash hands! Indian food is to be savoured by hand and not by knife and fork! Overall good hotel with excellent staff.
