Room was good but fooding was excellent 👌 and room service also good. the hotel is very closes to howrah junction so those who are train lovers they can stay there.

Hotel location is near howrah station, its really a good option for the people who travel-led through train and looking for a budget friendly hotel. The staff are so friendly and the food and hygiene are best.

The Hotel location was near to the railway station. It was approximately 800m. from the railway Station.

Location was not so good compare to the hotel. When we reached the hotel it was late at night around 11.p.m. There was no food available. They should have some food arrangements in their kitchen for guest, those who travel by night or arrive in night. Facilities were good. WiFi problem was there, they gave WiFi password but it got disconnected during 1.a.m. They should fix this problem also.

Room was below standard and very congested. They were not clear about the complementary breakfast of 4 they told me to have for 2 only instead of 4 then i clarified and showed them booking where it clearly mentioned for 4 people and also they just gave a limited meal. Not more than that. If you need one more puri or chapati. You have to pay extra.

Location was very good but the quality of room was not as per the room tarrif. Furnitures were very dirty, not even suitable to seat. Room tarrif should have been less.

The room was very small & inconvenient to stay. In room the wash room can't be locked and remains opened. Very pathetic.

Hotel is very near to howrah railway station. But opposite of this hotel a fish market, there is a smell of fish in the road. Service staff is good and well behaved. Food quality also good. Room is old and wall is damp. It's a average hotel.

Staff behave was moderate. Bathroom was clean. Room was moderately clean. One problem was that the room didnot had proper lighting. Overall experience average. Thank you.
