We took the room executive delux room. Room was very good and clean. Staff behaviour was also good. Food preparation was good. Overall it was an excellent stay and i would love to stay again in this hotel.

1) property is quite old and the washrooms needs some renovation/ repair. Rooms are reasonably well maintained. Location of the property is very. Restaurant provides wide choice of food. The “waiters” extend excellent service and are extremely polite and well behaved. Response from other staffs are equally good, specially the front desk

2 nights at purulia

We were on a leisure trip to purulia as couple. We greeted when we arrived at hotel. It’s a state of the art property near heart of the city just opposite to saheb bandh. Reception and staff behaviour was very good. Room is quite spacious and as promised ( as per photo shown during booking ). Quite well maintained and clean room with all required amenities. A big plus is good - it’s so delicious and dining option in room and restaurant are both available. In short it was great stay and value for money.

In one word my experience is wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent. You can sit by the window and watch the "saheb bandh lake" all day long. Food is exquisite and reasonability priced. Staff and management are very helpful and expert. Highly recommended.

Hotel was very good, clean, well maintained - room, dinning area, lobby. Only they have some issues with water lines and fittings, that they need to look into. Food was delicious and breakfast options were plenty and very very good quality. All staffs including restaurant staffs are very nice, helpful and attentive. They allowed us for early check-in, and responded to any issues promptly. Overall we had a very good experience staying there and recommend others to stay in this hotel when in purulia.
Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Only there was some flies on the first day, but after that they took care of it.
