I had a very comfortable stay and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making the entire stay truly enjoyable.

Excellent service and very honest people i drop my money near reception after 1 hour after i realised i start looking for it as i reach the reception counter as i ask them they said yes we have recovered money and they return my money.

Location is little inside but very helpful l for all the things. Nice & clean rooms, nearby to simnani irani chai. Oooosm chai. Near to shalimar and all other prime restuarant. .

Nice and clean hotel, with a good availability of food in the vicinity. But the only drawback was of locality. Little congested area. Else nice place. Keeping the shopping aspect in mind, excellent area for shopping.
