Terrible Stay
i recently stayed at your property and encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience. I had booked for a two-day stay, but upon arrival, i was informed that only one day was accommodated due to full occupancy. To make matters worse, the room provided was in a very poor condition. After a long journey with my children, i had no choice but to stay there out of compulsion. This caused significant discomfort and fell far below the standards expected from your establishment and stay recomendation. I kindly request an explanation for this inconvenience and would appreciate measures to prevent such occurrences in the future.

It was the most horrible stay. Zero cleanliness, no support zero hygiene…worst place to stay in ujjain. Zero facilities , extremely bad conditions of rooms and washrooms .
