The room and the service were good. Room was clean. Heater was working even the wifi was upto the mark, i did my maintenance office work.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel has clean and good rooms. Breakfast was served in the room after request. They woke up us on time. Excellent service

Stayed at hotel alphonso for 3 nights. Hotel is in prime location with all modern amenities. All rooms are well maintained. Staff's are very cooperative. S service is prompt. Food quality is good.

Hotel premises were clean. We booked a smaller room for triple sharing. But the staff was courteous and upgraded us to a bigger room. Food was simply amazing - both the dinner as well as bfast.
