Review Of Hotel Alpine

No intercom service, no wifi, very unhygienic, poor room , , no mat , there were cockroaches mosquitos and very bad smelled room

there was no ventilation in the room.. bed was below average and bed sheet standard was poor..staff was ok..

I had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The location is very good, it's just opposite to bus stand and there are so many shops in and around. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Food is good too. Overall I had a great experience

Not proper dressing, cloths, washroom and not proper essentials like tv etc

I recently had the misfortune of staying at apline hotel, kurukshetra and i must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment i checked in, i realized that the hotel lacked even the most basic amenities. There were no towels provided in the room, and when i asked for one, i was told that they were not available. The hygiene standards at the hotel were also appalling. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was in a state of disrepair. To make matters worse, there was no reception call facility, which made it difficult for me to communicate with the hotel staff. Overall, my stay at aplin3 hotel was a disaster, and i would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel needs to seriously improve its amenities and services if it wants to attract and retain customers. I'll rate my stay 1 out of 5.

The place is very shady. The room i got dint have geyser working. No landline was there. No water was provided. No receptionist was there. Had a terrible experience

basically it's an OYO room. totally disappointed, pathetic service and negative vibes has been come when you entered in room, it's totally opposite from the picture. Please don't become fool from the hotel pictures.

Excellent hospitality and e co friendly environment. Good food and good quality. Overall it's a budget friendly stay.

Never stay with them. Rooms were different. For the rooms what shared the pics. Hotel charged me extra. Not aware of extra bedding for my kid. They were asking for extra charges then i informed that i shared my kid age and accordingly paid. No toiletries. After getting the room they will send in your room. Standard rooms were completely disgusting with seepage. Toilets with water flowing on the floor. Fans have lots of dirt. Spider webs in the rooms. Sticky table. Then i paid extra for luxury room as they were not giving the same room what shared. Food items costly. No water bottle. Bottle were chargeable. Nothing good about hotel. Receptionist does not know whether i've booked the room for my kid. After asking they gave extra bedding whereas other hotel directly provide before hand.

Very good service and clean room clean washroom. Stay the alpine hotel and visit group, couple, family.

Misguided pictures of room after visiting the place they give another room to stay which us not clean proper washroom does not work properly. Waste of money

They give first room 104 but unfortunately room is very smelly dirty then they change my room but that room was so e ugly no blanket provided by property tv not available in the room wifi not working cockroach in the washroom without plugin wires in washroom

The stay was average. Tv was not working and their was no light in the bathroom.

Location is not in proper city. Near about 15 minutes distance by auto service from maharana pratap chawk. Food quality not so good. But service is highly appreciable. Always smiling face in reception.

The hotel was at a good location which was easily accessible. The service was excellent and food was awesome. I would rate this hotel's cleanliness and service thumbs up.
