1. Property is in premium location. Because hotel situated centre of the city and sitamarhi railway station almost 150 mtr. From hotel. 2. Food was average. Price is very high so i would recommend that go to market and in the market, there is a lot of food variety available. 3. Hygiene not maintained. 4. Safety standards is zero. And one more things that there is no atm facility around this hotel. Although in sitamarhi atm facility is very poor.

Staff behaviour is not good. They enquiry many thing which is not in guidline. If we are 18 above then not right ask show your face. Only show i'd frrrof. But they told show the face also

room quality was very poor,they provide below average room in the name of deluxe room, they are charging quite high with respect to the room they providing. staff behavior are quite good

The hotel was dirty. Lacked even simplest of facilities. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom was unclean. There was no mirror. No drinking water. The fan barely worked. It was not worth the money. Felt cheated.

Only one water tap was working in bathroom no flush. No basin, no dustbin, no "chaddar", blanket was itching like hell, poor bedsheet. Torn locked the main door at 1am, i was hungry. He didn't provided food and didn't opened door to get food from outside
