We have reached the hotel a little late as we were coming from gangtok. Our room was ready. Cleanliness is to be improved little more, especially the bed cover, towel, pillow etc.

Stayed there for 3 nights and, the service was very prompt. Food ordered was very reasonable and tasty. Room was clean. Loved the stay.

The location of Hotel is very good and the rooms were kept clean and ready before we reached. The staff was good and room service was also good. Washrooms were clean enough. Rooms are specious. Tv service is average and only shows free to air Channel and not many standard channels. This was something of disappointment as there was nothing much to watch on tv. But overall it is a good Hotel for both couples and families.

Great hotel to stay. The special room is awesome. Nice interiors, nice large room, cordial staff, clean hotel, nice room service, good food. I liked this hotel very much. If budget is not the constraint, please stay in the Amravati special room. Great experience.

It was good experience staying at the hotel. I liked the ambience. It was worth staying. Near to the city with proximity to all preferred location. At the heart of Siliguri. Overall a good experience. Nice one

Facilities and service just about ok at that cost. What's a downer is the mannerless, rude and poorly behaved front desk staff. This needs an immediate change if the property aspires to reach greater. Moreover there was construction work going on for all the three days of my stay and the hammer and drilling noise made it an uncomfortable stay. Avoid this hotel

A value for money hotel. Low cost but a decent place to stay for solo or work travels. They don't have a restaurant but the room service is very prompt. Food is good. Location and accessibility to the hotel is good.

Room was not that clean, bedsheet was full of hairs, side table was full of dust. I am allergic to dust and due to that i had to sneeze entire night. There was also some kind of foul smell in the room. Cleanliness and hygiene is the major part of hotel stay and this was not fulfilled

Very small rooms, cheap bathroom accessories, down cable Tv even cricket world cup duration, anybody can enter in rooms. An outsider unknown person knocked my room at 5:30. Hotel management does not know about this. Not Worth for money.
