Review Of Hotel Ambassador

Not good. I was in 405 room# and washroom was completely choked... for 2hrs we couldn’t use washroom and then after speaking at reception with some high pitch we got room changed. Evening snacks were terrible but breakfast was ok.

Everything was good except Air Conditioner, there was water leakage from it. Rest all was good. Service was good.

The hotel seems to be in a run down condition. Service was ok, food quality was ok. The overall experience was not great.

Stay was pleasant. People visiting Indore can stay here. Their hospitality is excellent and rates are reasonable.

Hotel is in best location near bus and railway station and hotel is neat and clean. Room are daily cleaned and staff are well behaved and supportive.

receptionist had a quick response. room service and food quality was good . please arrange exhaust fan in bathroom .

Property is good but requires some maintenance works like door laminates need replacement. My room’s Toilet was without exhaust fan. Quality of toiletries require upgradation.

It’s not a 3star level. Don’t book rooms here. I booked vip room but it was not worth. Waste of money

Excellent hospitality and good service by the hotel staff. Though our has completed we stayed two more days to relax and get acquainted with the area.

booked me 2 rooms but when I reached to hotel Ambassador they said they have 1 room . Then hotel ambassador directed me to other hotel Purva which was again a third class hotel with poor rooms. I was charged but got a room of very much less value. Please refund me accordingly . This is why was room booked and money taken when rooms were not available

Room sizes are large. We got attached balcony as well with Deluxe AC room. Good for 2 adults 2 kids family. However, they should provide free water bottle and tea coffee maker.

I'm a business traveller, and so was my trip to the city of Indore. I aspired to stay somewhere in the heart of city to get a feel of city's culture, ethos, food and hospitality. I, thus, keeping all this in my mind, I booked my stay at the hotel Ambassador, South Tukoganj, Indore. I found my choice an excellent opportunity to avail all that I aspired. Hotel staff was courteous, professional in services, quite spacious, well appointed rooms and hygiene was taken care well. The hotel has good access from across city and safe also to take a stroll any time.

Room was Okay, amenities lacked overall. Bathroom didn’t had quality fittings, leaking issues. No balcony for a VIP room, all closed without ventilation in a basement. Too expensive for the room, only positive is location.

Booked vip room. It was clean and well. Maintained. Location was prime qwith easy access to public transport and autos. Services were excellemt

Other than location other services are bad, multiple people reported hotel don't provide hot water and gives different reasons diff days also mineral bottled water is chargeable.
