Ambience was excellent, service up to the mark

Room was dull, very poor maintenance, room floor, wall, windows were not clean. ac not working, Wi Fi not working. Food was ok, but breakfast preparation was delayed. There was termites on door.

Location wise it is very nice, next to highway. Ample parking space. Rooms are spacious. Non-professional staff. Not much variety in breakfast. A.C water leakage, they provided a solution for complaining by providing a bucket below the AC where water droplets are available. But it is economical with respect to hotels in jharsuguda. Rooms having balcony also. On reminding they provided Water bottle.

Nice Property. Room size is large. Bed linen are clean. Bath towel need replacement. Service is good and food quality is good.

Hotel is situated adjacent to highway and having good approach road. Food quality is good and fast service. Enough parking space for car parking. Rooms are spacious.

It was really very neat and clean every amenity organised properly. It was wonderful in every respect, only issue is with door lock not working properly. Secondly inside the room light is very low. Needs more light in side room. Rest ohk. Staff co-operative. Not taken any photo

The staff was very cooperative and willing to serve always. The food here is best in quality and quality. I loved the ambiance and their green lawn for morning walking.

Room and ambiance is upto mark and food is also good but need to improve a bit.

Rooms were not maintained and AC was not working at all. AC was on the entire night at 22 degrees but no cooling. For breakfast they charge approx 100₹ extra (Inc taxes) but in the name of Complimentary breakfast they only allow only one item from the Breakfast menu which would cost around 120₹ to 140₹ so it's actually not complimentary at all. Do not recommend

As per room cleaning matter zero rating. Staying 2 days thay provided only one shampoo pouch rs 1. No brush or paste
