Terrible Stay
Amer City Heritage in Jaipur is difficult to find. It is different from the pictures. Rooms are small. Food quality is not so good. Overflowing drainage in bathroom. Jet spray in the toilet gives boiling hot water. Housekeeping staff never available for cleaning. They provide toiletries on request only. The GM of the property is an egoistic person, when you mention the issues, he is ready to fight. They don't notify and at the time of billing they charge unnecessary bills so be careful. They charged Rs.1300 for using hotel towels after playing Holi. Fraud and cheat staff. Don't go. Better stay in Amayra. It's nearby.

Excellent Stay
I stayed at amer city heritage for four days and it was an amazing stay. Staff was very professional and polite. Room was very clean and with good ambience. Parking was on the spot available. Food quality was average and needs to be improved a bit. On the whole it was a good hotel for solo traveler as well as couples.

Terrible Stay
The stay was made terrible by a single person! the gm mr. Vijay kumar sharma was such a rude person. First of all, he does not know anything about hotel management but still tries to be the smartest guy in the room. He doesn't have the basic information of a guest. He argued with us that we had only booked the hotel for 5 guests whereas we were 6. After showing him all the proofs of the booking of 6 people. He scoffed and went away. We paid for extra bedding, the bedding didn't arrive till 11:45 pm. He shouts on his staff in front of his guests. The next day, we had to leave early for sightseeing. We asked him about the checkout time and he said 11:00 am. We came back at 10:15 am and he didn't even allow us to sit in the rooms, he forced us to check out of our rooms earlier than the time he had said in the morning. The breakfast buffet, which was till 11:00 am was also closed earlier. Upon complaining, he acted like we were staying there for free and offered us paranthas with curd. The manager doesn't know anything about hospitality, i don't even know how did he reach this position. I never write negative reviews but this was the first time in my life where i was genuinely unhappy from a place.

Review
I found this property on makemytrip and i have faced lots of problems in hotel like i didn't get my room in one time check in. Bit hygiene issue also i faced off in property. Food was good staff behaviour was nice they were co-operative with guests. But if i am talking about bar it was pathetic manager was too rude snacks which was they served it was dirty. It has closed at 11 pm. I suggest please main-ten some hygiene in bar change staff and change your bar timings also. I will revisit because i am satisfied with property and hotel staff except bar or bar manager behaviour and timings

Don't expect early checking with them.
coupleEven if rooms are available. They will never offer you early check-in. They will demand 500rs. For early checking and they will say room no available. I am a elite member of makemytrip on my booking there is complimentary early check in free 3 hour's ago than standard timing but they denied that clearly i arrive there 8:30 am. I wait till 9:30 am. At last i have to pay 500rs. I book room in 2345 rs. Plus 500rs. And hotel offering room in 2000 rs plus early check in 500. Better book directly. Thats all my advice to all of you but room o key service o key and it's near all of tourism places.

Dissatisfied
apart from booking the receptionist took 400 extra for early check-in. so total amount paid by me was 2200 aprox for a single day. And the behavior of that receptionist was really pathetic.
