The room was not standard enough to be costing around 3500 for single occupancy. They are using same rooms on every category of single occupancy.

I would say it is ok on some aspects.

Entrance is through a bylane (gulli) but there is a green signage pointing the narrow lane. Food was good. However once they gave me coffee that was around 8-10 hours old, not even reheated. The electric kettle in the room was not working, but they changed it as soon as i complained. Other than that the room was clean; the bathroom was clean. It is a newly constructed property, and the rooms are decent. However, the elevator was not working on my day of checkout, and i had to climb down the stairs (from 4th floor) to the lobby with my bag and suitcase, on my own.

As per hotel tarrif accommodation is not good. Food quality is bad. Restaurant staff was very bad manner

Booked and paid hotel room for three and including breakfast. We were asked to pay extra again upon checkin. Breakfast was served only after 9 am! i have stayed in many hotels across india and abroad but never found a place that serves breakfast so late. Since we had to leave by 8, we couldn't have breakfast on any of the days. Property is not well maintained. Bottom line, poor facilities and service for the price they charge.

Over charged for water bottle, a bottle having mrp of 20 was charged 25 and the staff gave the bill also of 25, highly unprofessional staff

Hi. 1. Hotel lift was not working room landline not working tv not working food quality was very very poor staff response is very rude. I will not stay in this hotel ever. Also suggest not to book the same for any other guest. Room charges are also very high compared to other hotels.

Room very small for 3 people. Dirty and leaky bathroom. Didn't provide with extra pillow and soaps. Tiny lift barely firs 2 people. Avoid at all cost.
