Excellent hotel for stay in

Room was very nice. Location is one of the best in near to the mahakaleshwar jostling temple darshan and hotel services was very well and all the type of facilities were given by hotels staff. I just sau in one words ''its beautiful location for stay.

Hotel is at a place very near to the Mahakaleshwer temple, also not far from railway station. Hotel cleaniness, accommodation, wall are in good condition. Maintains comfort level and services at its best. Overall an excellent place to rest !!

Not a good stay experience.

Room was handed over after making us wait for more than an hour at reception. Wash room was not properly cleaned. No Towel & No Soap was there. AC was also often not enabled and each time was needed to ask to switch it on. Dust bin was also not there in one of the room

Washroom of the hotel was not good, rooms were OK. Location was walking distance to Mahala temple. Overall stay was average with the hotel. Traffic noise was disturbing for the complete day. Average stay.

Not good for night stay. The bedsheet was dirty. The used towel was provided. Reception people were indifferent. Only good thing is that they allowed early check-in. Adequate cleanliness not maintained.

Staff Behaviour is Bad to begin With. I Had Checked With Him a Week Before about Late Checkout and Was Going To Pay The Balance Amount Too. But On The Day He asked Us to Check Out At 10 Where he has told We Can Check Out In Afternoon By Paying Extra.
