We, 10 senior citizens, booked rooms and got them on 2nd floor. There is no lift and we had luggage as we were on a tour. Rooms were not kept ready and water supply was not good. Not comfortable.

Rooms of hotel are in pathetic condition. Blankets provided were old dirty, not even washed. Condition of washroom was poor. Cleanliness is not a matter of concern for hotel staff.
