Review Of Hotel Anand Palace

The photos which were shown before booking was totally different then the actual property. There were nice roaming in the room, the washroom was pathetic. The bedsheets were unhygienic. We booked two rooms and reached the venue at 11 pm therefore had no option then to stay at the place since we are tourist didn't know any other place as well. The t. V. Was not working, the ac was also not properly cooling. No geyser. The floor was untidy. the property was not upto the photos shown in the booking.

Disappointed

Don't book this hotel by mistake, there is no aminities in the hotel no staff and manager is so rough guy no power backup no food no drinking waterthey are providing used bottle by refiling so un hygiene wash room also very dirty no geyser no lift and intercom is there but not working. I also called make my trip team to cancel booking but they there manager not receiving call from mmt zonal manager call in last he forcefully asked me to pay 1000 rupees for calling make my trip managers very bad experience mmt managers also can't perform any action against hotel.

Nice comfortable clean room was in the hotel staff behaviour was good i liked it

The hotel is not provided with, generators there was powercut, had to stay without fan and light, whole night

Pillow cover and bed sheets is very dirty

There are not a clean room not a clean toilet no towel provide no soap provide not even a cup of tea need to wait for 2 hours to get a cup of tea

No sarvice, thard class hotal, not recommended this hotal

Even railway station better to stay

There was no proper cleaning, towel, bedsheet, blanket were very dirty, bath room cleaning was not up to the mark.

It's good to stat here. Staffs are cooperative and approachable. What i felt warm water should be in bathroom in winter. Early checkin also available on phone call.

Sidhi is a very small city of m. P. Not that much good enough hotel. But avarage hotel stay you can say.

Near to the market, the Hotel is located. The rooms were not so clean. The room service was very poor. The washroom was also very dirty. The Hotel must improve in cleanliness. They should also improve the facilities so that the customer feels comfortable. The staff was good. The food was good in quality.

The location of the Hotel was near to the Darga. All the services were average in the Hotel. For the room, I don't have any complaints. The bed sheets were clean and the washroom was also ok. The food was average.

Everything in the Hotel was awesome. The staff was good in behavior. The rooms were clean. Only one problem which I faced in the Hotel that there was no food available in the Hotel.

Nice Hotel with cooperative staff, clean Hotel, services good, I would like to stay in this Hotel next time. Overall experience was good.
