We are writing to raise a serious concern regarding our recent booking made through your platform.
Booking Details:
Hotel Name: Anand Sarovar Hotel, Bhandardara
Check-in Date: 07/09/2025
Rooms Booked: 2 rooms (1 BHK Villa with 1 AC Bedroom and Non-AC Living Room, Lake View)
Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were shocked to find that only one room was provided as per the booking specification. The second room allotted was not as per the promised category—it was a single bedroom and did not match the paid specifications. Furthermore, the hotel staff claimed that the second correct room was not available, which is unacceptable considering the full amount was already paid in advance.
This has caused significant inconvenience to our group and reflects extremely poor coordination between MakeMyTrip and the hotel. We consider this a breach of trust and service failure.
We hereby request an immediate refund for the one room that was not provided as per booking. If the refund is not processed within a reasonable timeframe, we will be compelled to escalate this matter to the consumer court and report the issue on public platforms.
Please treat this matter with urgency.
