room good..but behaviour and price very high, 2 person in one room just 1700 rupees...I was the fully mental

I have booked an ac dulax room, but the hotel authority allotted me a normal ac room which was very darty, so many insects fly inside the room. Staff also very bad in service. Not recommended for any body

Cancel this booking. One of the worst hotel in terms of hospitality and staff behaviour.

The room was very suffocating, i don't enjoy the service too, poor hygiene

Though it was dusherra night and manpower availability was limited hotel tried utmost to provide services. Only request is to make lift operational so that guest can go to their third floor room along with their luggage easily, else it becomes tough to lug their heavy luggage on the stairs. Food quality is awesome considering the proce and would recommend to try their restaurant.
