We chose the place because it is next to the medical college. But it was absolutely not worth it. There was a mouse in the room and the fan was not working. The only positive thing was that the staff were helpful.

Average hotel, poor services

Highly untrained and nonprofessional staff. It took 1 hour for my tea to get served yet it was cold and without sugar cubes. Food prices are similar to 5 star hotels, I did not take risk of dining there after my tea experience. Their staff chew tobacco and spit in flower pots even in presence of guests. The property seems newly built but it is terribly maintained. I must say, the gentleman at reception is very courteous and apologized. My suggestion to the hotel that please hire some professionals as their staff. They might have saved few bucks hiring cheap employees but it may cost them much in the long run.

My room was not prepare at all at the time of check in at 16:00 on 14th sept, while check-in start time was 14:00. So i decided to left the hotel without staying there. I didn't capt-rue any images

Nothing is properly clean, bed sheet are dirty. Floor is dirty. You need to request towels. Bathroom not clean.

Good things: good wallet parking, good location, room assistant is very attentive. Bad things: dirty rooms. Especially toilet was hectic! we called the cleaning fellow to clean it. After a long process he cleaned a partial percentage of stain or shi* from the toilet. Not provided hand wash or sanitizer except a piece of packed soap which is the size of a chewing gum. There was no bucket or mug in the bathroom. There was no dust bin in the room. A closed cabinet was placed in the bedroom and small table placed between the cupboard and bed. So that no one can open the cupboard anyways! welcoming guests is wondering me. Most of the time no one in the reception. Even if someone there they don't have professionalism of inviting the guests. Need to improve overall!
