Hotel Annapurna

No room service, As property is located in heavy traffic area, property has no parking space. owner suggest to park on busiest road. electrical switches are old and not working. if you reach earlier than check in time you have to pay extra charges. which is not mentioned in payment section or at dashboard. according to property price is not reasonable. no fire safety and emergency exit available.

It was very good experience, hotel staff was humble, location is exactly opposite of sinh sadan gate, prime location.

I Booked 2 Non AC Room! Room was Decent! No TV working No Soap Provided No towel provided My 2nd Non AC Room Fan was very Slow, told Owner to do something, but he was Arrogant to talk..,saying "SAB LOG AISE HI REHTE HAI" Not Co-operating! (Very Unhappy) But her Manager Mr Ankit Help us by Changing the Capacitor (he was Nice Guy) Window are not having Privacy becoz it Open directly opp Room door (No Privacy, so Difficult to Open window all the time) Over-all I was having an Average Experience of this Hotel!!

Good place to stay staff behaviour is very good. Very near to jungle safari. 5min walk to jungle safari.

It is a lodge. Horrible to stay. Its room charges should not be more. People at the desk are not polite. Bathrooms are shabby.

It's a very basic stay right in front of sinh sadan gate, the property owner is more of a short tempered and was asked to pay additional 300 bucks for a mattress while I already booked a room for 5 people using mmt, and there's noway we can reach mmt support executive over a call the owner suggested to not to use mmt for bookings as they take comission, the restaurant is average

Only the location is good. The food provided in the breakfast was terrible and the cleanliness of the bathroom was below average.

Good for family - can for sure stay for a night. You can visit the near by stores and opposite to sasan gir gaye. We are quite happy

Basic hotel right in front of gir lion safari booking office. Definitely worth the money. Restaurant downstairs.

Hotel location is not near dwarka temple, you have to pay 80 rs for auto, rooms are very small, no gallery but neat and clean.

Location was good. Workers were well behaved. But there was no room service for fooding and condition of toilets need improvement

Hotel annapurna is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The rooms, bedding and the toilet were all stinking. No tank cleaning have been carried out in the last 3 years. Algae was coming out of all the taps in the filthy bathroom. Leave aside tap water, the water given in the dirty water camper had algae floating in it. The next morning i called up the owner to complaint, he gave me a lame excuse that as it is rainy season, we have algae. Bad service.

Very untidy hotel, compare to price rooms are horrible no ventilation, no light and air in the room, bathrooms are very very dirty.

Pros : the location is the best. No hotel can be closer than the safari than this. Cons: it's a budget hotel, so no point of being very critical. 1. The blanket is very dirty. Bring your own 2. The food downstairs is very avarage, they could improve the quality. If it's a one night stay in gir then then go for it. Not more than that.

Though it is good, but not comfortable. Rooms are very small, chair not provided and beds are not good.

Room was below par, bed sheet & pillow not clean. Only plus point is location, near song sadan & bus stand. A pretty ordinary hotel

I booked a non ac room in 4 th May 2022. In photos its looks ok but when i physically checked in my room around 22:00 hrs i saw it has no ventilation, toilets are not clean. My small child felt suffocation and we did too. It was so hot inside that we could not sleep as there is no ventilation. There is 1 window which does not have a curtain so u can't open it as there are so many people roaming around there. I recommend not to book this room.

Please be careful before travel-ling to this place. They are worried abou money rather than your safety. Money minded people. Request not to travel to this place.

We booked two rooms including breakfast. The owner hotel management did not serve the breakfast even though we paid in advance. Instead we were asked to dine in the hotel on the ground floor. Hotel annapurna residency is on the first floor. This was really sad, that despite paying for two room including breakfast, we were never asked or served any. Kindly refund us the related amount deducting the room charges.
