Good and clean hotel, good rooms and food

We accidentally saw the hotel, we had a booking in fab hotel prime 9 in sonipat via makemy trip. It was so dirty and bad, we did not check in. And asked for a refund from makemytrip which we still not get yet. One night we booked through makemytrip balance 5 night we paid directly to hotel which was more cheap. Good staff good rooms. New hotel staff needs more training.

3 nights solo stay

Checking in was smooth. The room was ready. The rooms are large and spacious. The quality of bedding etc is good. Rooms are cleaned with attention to detail every day. The restaurant food is made quite well. The only crib really is how long room service takes. They should just take off room service since they don't seem to be built for that. Location of the hotel worked for me from distance to work wise. But there is nothing else around and you would need a vehicle to go anywhere. Overall a satisfactory stay.

The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. However, even after repeatedly informing the reception that i am traveling alone, they allotted me a room where the intercom telephone was not working. They did not provide even me proper assistance in switching on the ac. I had to go to the reception area and place my complaint and get the problems solved.

The worst place i have ever stayed in pathetic food stay is rude smelly rooms food was stale smelly this place is not even worth spending money on rather if they pay to you to stay in there property still one should not go

Very unprofessional staff and reception also. They provide my extra bed in my room after several request at 03 a m while they charged at the time of check in and not issued any receipt of such amount.

Hotel people put allegations, that we stole their tissue box and remote stand. No proof, only they saw the room. Very awful moment for my partner seriously they demand around 2k n at last he has to give 600 something. Worst experience.
