*hotel anupama - review* hotel anupama enjoys a convenient location in mahabaleshwar, close to mall road and with easy access to several good restaurants. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a family of two adults and two kids comfortably. They are clean and well-maintained, with tidy toilets. However, a persistent foul smell from the toilets and slow-drying floors significantly detract from the experience. The reception service is sporadic, as the person in charge is not always present. When available, the staff is courteous and offers good service. The hotel has a small restaurant on the ground floor, but the experience there is underwhelming. Despite an extensive menu, most items are unavailable. The food quality is poor, making it seem like the restaurant is best suited for serving only tea and coffee. While the hotel's location and spacious rooms are its strengths, the foul-smelling toilets, inconsistent reception service, subpar food quality, and lack of basic amenities like towels bring down the overall experience. Based on these factors, the hotel can be rated as average.

The shared pictures of hotel rooms vs actual are slightly different and the bed quality is not up to the mark wrt what has been charged.

I stayed in hotel anupama in main market. Good budget stay with very basic amenities. Faced hot water issue but it was resolved.

No cleaning at all in the room, bad smell is coming no ventilation no bedsheet and pillow are clean lights coming and going in morning continuously i am not suggesting this hotel for coming tourist

The rooms are very clumsy which does not match with the pictures uploaded, there is no wifi inside the room and the hotel staff claim that it is available only outside the room, the describes that the hotel has parking but there is no parking. The hotel staff initially asked me to park on the wrong way of No Entry road or otherwise keep it in the pay and park at my expense. After I raised the issue the hotel had agreed to pay the charges.

Overall experience was average. TV and AC remotes were not working. Light was frequently getting shut off. No Landline or extension to ask for room service. Good point was 24 hours hot water breakfast was limited but good.

Not Happy With Service and Staff. Need to work professional. So much delay in getting room and books room is not available. Room cleaning is very pathetic. We book Honeymoon room and they are provide normal room. Actually Not happy with service and all.

We had a pathetic time at the hotel, in fact it is not a hotel it’s a lodge, no ventilation at all and on the ground floor. No water was provided, only 1 charging point on the entire room, broken bucket, worms roaming everywhere in the room and bathroom.
