Clean rooms, worth stay.
Room was neat and clean maintained. Staff and house keeping were friendly. However bathroom washbasin and commode is little congested, but manageable. Overall stay was worth the price.

This property is right opposite to fruit market which is very crowded till evening. No space to park the car. Also the rooms are very small. There are quite a few good veg restaurants near by. Services are quite good.

Good Stay
I recently stayed at Hotel Apex Sanpada, and overall, my experience was good. Based on earlier reviews, I specifically booked the Executive room, which met my requirements. The room was clean, with a functional AC, a desk for work, 24/7 WiFi, and cable connection. The bed and bathroom were comfortable. One highlight was the early check-in, which was facilitated smoothly. Although I had to pay extra for the early hours, it wasn't a major issue. However, the breakfast was a letdown. Since it was outsourced, the quality and standard were not up to the mark. I'd advise against paying for rooms with complimentary breakfast, as it might not be worth it. If you're considering Hotel Apex Sanpada, I'd recommend opting for the Executive room. The stay and experience were satisfactory, but the breakfast needs improvement. *Rating:* 3.5/5 stars

Room is smelly they don't wash bedsheet and pillow all are have yellow lines Very bad experience

there are many many cockroach spider roaming around. reception person try to charge extra from us and they removed price so that they will charge more

Room was clean
My family and I really liked the hotel stay. the room was very clean and the room service was great. They had good south Indian breakfast too. recommended for a stay with family

Bad experience
The worst service, bedsheets and blankets were used one and very old, not maintaining hygiene. Couldn't sleep full night looking to all these horrible things.

Very bad, poor service, poor facilities , first check the hotel then take , and no breakfast , and room service is bad ,no water facilities in this hotel , and I stay 5 days and 4 nights in this hotel, so from my side hotel is poor for stay
