Very good food. Hotel staff are cooperative and good behavior. While coming hotel staff are receiving and while do shopping from new bombay market that at entrance staff are receiving guest. This is sign of well trained staff. In future i will prefer to stat at this property.

This is a good hotel near surat station, the tarrif, service, food quality and location everything is good about this hotel, they allowed early check in and late check-out without any extra charge! highly recommended for value for money!

The location was easy to find on Google map. Being close to the Surat railway station is an added advantage. The staff behaviour was good. The options in breakfast buffet is sufficient. It was nice to see that they added cornflakes and chocos to the lot. Rooms were clean except for the spot where the old was attached. It'll be good if they complete the maintenance work.

Hotel is well connected with major markets, it’s beautiful and clean. There front desk is managed by friendly staff, manager mr. Prakash is courteous, staff mr. Arjun is a happy face.
