I been using this hotel for quite some time. The hotel needs renovation, ac is not working, the fans are noisy, the fans are difficult to adjust. The front desk staff need to be more professional and fluent in english. Overall location etc are ok, but few things nee f attention

Sir we are very much sorry for your experience with us. But the breakfast we serve is buffet basis. If there is no buffet on a particular day due to some unavoidable circumstances, then we serve portion wise. So quantity is not restricted.
Value for money
Was with family and it was good to have a cool stay for 03 nights.

Not worth the money that you are paying online
It was a short stay. We booked four rooms. We required one more room which was negotiated. Rooms don't have proper lighting. No tea/coffee maker. The restaurant was empty and the staff wanted to leave early. Breakfast is not worth the money you pay for. The reception guy is helpful. Staff at breakfast time at the restaurant are service-oriented.

Sir, you had booked the basic category room where we donot provide Tea/Coffee maker, you had there in the restaurant at the closing time.i.e 9.45pm.The life in Siliguri is normally slow at this time. Please book Super Deluxe room next time. Awaiting to welcome you again.
Good Hotel, easy to access everything Airport, bus stop, railway Station, Hong Kong market
We had a decent stay at the Hotel the rooms are spacious, room service was good, food quality was good but only one thing I noticed is that when I book the Hotel it was showing me bathroom wit bathtub but wen I checked in the bathtub was not there.
