Booking was done so it was not an issue, room was clean. Service was perfect, people were courteous. Food was food and plenty. 10/10 would definitely recommend

In Karol Bagh this hotel is very nice at this cost booking by MMT very good staff, very clean, close to main market and metro Station is in walking distance.

Apra Deluxe is a nice option with reasonable. Price including all basic facilities. Rooms are good clean and spacious.

Room was clean but not that much. Insects was there in washroom. Staff was smoking cigarettes outside of room and it was entering in room. Also receptionist was not helpful.

Hotel was good but location is in small lane. Only good thing is market is very close to hotel. Food was good. Cleanliness is not there. Hotel staff was good.

The hotel manager asked us to shift to another near by hotel instead of providing room in the booked hotel.

Don't bother yourself as you might not be able to reach this place, not advice for the couple, don't even have a hot water service for bath.

There was alot of noise in the mid of night and early morning. Moreover the room was not good. It doesn't have any type of ventilation. It was a terrible experiejce from my side. I will give 1* to the hotel. No hot water as it was very cold outside. How can i add pictures of the noises that i heard in the middle of night

I booked a hotel for the 12th and 13th, and i checked in on the night of the 12th. Even after informing the hotel, they provided a room in very poor condition. Ac is not working, electricity problem is also there, 1phase is not working. Mosquitoes are there, and when i asked for an all-out, the hotel staff said they didn't have any and would provide it in the morning. I am very disappointed. Very bad hotel.

Room & washroom was dirty, bedsheets, pillows, blanket, towels, all had stains in them, food service was pathetic, they took more than hour to deliver tea, never recommend anyone to stay there, waste of money and huge discomfort. Never recommend this to any one, location is very poor too
