Good hotel but bad deal

The booing price of one room is 700- only. We all ought to have charged rs 2100- or 2500- maximum for three rooms by the makemytrip, but charged rs. 5450- which is exorbitant. The hotel is a lodging, bar and restaurant. No hot water, broken tab, no phone call from hotel about confirmation. Bad experience.
