Location was best and the food was full of taste. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The staff responded patiently to my needs. The hospitality was very good. The cleanliness was maintained on daily basis.

It was crowded place, having no front parking space but good space at back of the hotel. Staff were cooperative

The room is not as per standard and they refused to serve packed drinking water when I asked for water. Bedsheets were not cleaned.

They should close this hotel. MMT should not promote such hotel. Room is pathetically shabby. Towel is not clean. Bathroom is horrible. No water.

I never suggest anyone for booking of this Hotel Very poor service and behaviour of staff and receptionist. Room cleanliness not maintained, room air ventilation not good as the toilet exhaust directly open to room. Very old model lift/elevator used in Hotel sometimes people are not escape due to power failure Such a bad experience with the Hotel.
