Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at hotel aqua jalaja in mira road for two nights, and i had an amazing experience from start to finish. The room service was outstanding. Even though they don't have an in-house restaurant, they are partnered with nearby restaurants, which allowed me to order food from outside. Everything was delivered quickly. However, one downside is that they charge inr 50 each time to deliver anything to your room, and additional charges apply for using their utensils. The staff were friendly and helpful. As for the amenities, the hotel could improve in this area; they didn't have everything i needed. Overall, my stay was enjoyable. If the amenities were enhanced and the extra charges were eliminated, i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel room is renovated. Clean very supportive and helpful staff. They don't have a restaurant but they made very good tea for me.

Bad experience
Smelly, broken handle knobs, food menu provided but not served, we will not recommend to any couple staying here

Interior not good
Not reliable on hotel booking no food provided and many mosquitoes and no coil or anything provided

poor hospitality. poor hygienic.
groupService is very bad and they didn’t provide wifi and single bottle water .rooms are very small . Bathroom accessories is also not good and damaged . So I don’t prefer anyone .so sorry to say this

Not good not bad
We were given a temporary room since the room that we were supposed to be in had issues with ac and the ac was being repaired. We had to take multiple follow-ups to check the readiness of the room that we were supposed to be allocated. Some of the things that were mentioned in the room amenities were not at all available. For eg: slippers, toiletries, coffee sachet, etc. Curtains were supposed to be blackout ones however there wasnt any blackout curtains in the room. There were no face towels as well.

Overall review
Starting off with the reception has we entered was really very good. The standard room was really great only drawback is that they should concentrate more on the cleanliness of the room and the tideness. The food rates are also reasonable but they should charge less for a mineral water because it's double the price for one single water.

Very bad experience
There was not cooperation this property is booking for hourly there is no kitchen room service nothing in my life it’s very vast experience in this property.
