hotel was good. staff behavior was nice and polite. some little things can improve like provide paper roll in washroom, but over all was good experience. I'll suggest the hotel for stay.

Truly delightful stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. The entire staff was supportive and welcoming. Special thanks to Sandeep from staff, he truly made our experience exceptional. Peaceful ambience. Highly recommended.

The stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The hotel staff were very cooperative and helpful. The restaurant staff also made fresh food for us as per our requirement. Food was very tasty. Additionally they arranged for a return vehicle to the station promptly basis our request since our scheduled cab had got delayed.

Food - Good , Room - Pathetic (Stinking , poor quality of linen , poor quality of toiletries, torn towels ) . Very small rooms which are not even in any geometrical shape . Uncourteous staff . Terrace in front is good with a swing.

Best service, food is so delicious, hotel view is superb and so many space in hotel, room is very superb hotel & room so neat & clean hygiene proper maintain.

Overall it was a good experience, except had a little inconvenience with electricity issues during night and warm water was not consistent in bathroom

Washroom was not clean and smelling, toiletry provided after followup and overall bad experience of this hotel.

The room and washroom was clean and hygienic. Food was also great. Staff are also good. Open terrace garden to relax. Perfect stay.

Not worth money, unable to understand how they can charge much higher than worth, what they have shown.

Bathrooms floor were not clean, the bedsheets and blankets were unclean water bottle was served only 1 during entire stay. If asked for extra it was charged 30 rs per bottle. Breakfast was not upto the mark

I loved the place and service. I have suggested it to my other family members as well. Lovely place with lovely people around. Wonderful place to stay in mount abu. Also enjoyed the scenery around and felt comfortable.

Rooms was spacious with large common balcony having table and 2 chair to enjoy food in natural environment. Bathroom was clean with 24 hours hot water, power backup was available, food was nice and good hospitality, staff immediately arrange vehicle for local site visit

It was a wonderful stay in the terms of food as they have a delicious food and great in the cleanliness of the room but major lack on the room service part as they have not put the towel and basic necessary things in the room you have to ask for each and every thing again and again from the room service guy. overall it was a wonderful experience 👍
