The hotel is very neat and the staff are very accommodative to our requests. With my previous experience there with family, i felt it's a very safe place for women, so i chose this hotel when only two ladies had to stay. The buffet breakfast alone could start by 7 to help those who have to leave early. Overall it was a good experience. I don't have photos. To add to my review, the location of the hotel is an added advantage

Had an amazing and comfortable stay here. The staff is so accommodating and awesome. The rooms and washroom are super clean, well equipped and well maintained. The bed is very comfy. I had opted for free breakfast and it was really good. The location of the hotel is also amazing. Just a 5 min walk from the city centre. Would recommend, especially because it is so cheap. Amazing value for money.

Awesome experience to staying there. The room and Washroom were very clean and Hygene. the atmosphere of the hotel is nice. The restaurant and metro station are in the nearby hotel. in my viewpoint, i marked as 5 🌟.

Nice stay. Very clean room n bathroom. Quiet place no disturbances. Staffs were nice polite and helping. Good restaurants nearby. Easy access to shops n attractive places. All over it was a nice experience staying in arafa. We will choose arafa next time also.
