Very Good and neat condition. Near to Taj Mahal metro station. Very Good customer service. Food is average. ₹50 autorickshaw ride to Taj Mahal.

Location is good, a feel of old and new delhi both. Very easy to get cab just outside the hotel. Very calm and nice hotel. Rooms are nice too.

Had to book it because near the venue of conference, all the good hotels were booked. They didn’t even provide dental kit and charged for bottle of water as well. Ambience not good.

My overall experience was on an average side. Location is very good, walking distance to jama masjid. Yet far from hustle and bustle of the old delhi, just to ensure a peaceful stay. Hotel entrance is terrible tbh. Feels like you have to climb a mountain to reach the reception. Rooms are okish, rather old and averagely maintained. Fridge was not working in our room. Tv had limited channels. Overall, a bit over rated as compared to the hotels in paharganj. I was charged around 1700 per night. 1200 should be the appropriate price for such a room

This is a nice cosy hotel for family stay. Here are the following pros and cons pros 1. The rooms along with the toilets are well cleaned and maintained. Amenities like tv, fridge, wardrobe etc are in place for use. 2. Staff is quick and polite. Specially reception guy mazhar. 3. Food is good for non-veg lovers, haven't tried the veg though. 4. Location is a plus point for this hotel. Its almost 1km from the jama masjid, there by close enough if you want to check out the hussle & charm of old delhi but at the same time far enough to provide you a good night sleep. Cons: 1. The entry to this hotel is though one giant long steps, the other entry with elevator is almost always closed. It could be a problem for senior citizens/children or people with disabilities. 2. Bathrooms/toilets are well cleaned but the toiletries provided are of no practical use. 3. Sometimes after the day full of activities and roaming around you just need to get into your room without any worries. Once i had to wait for like 15 minutes after we arrived at the end of the day since the room was not cleaned. This needs to be taken very seriously.

Had booked deluxe three bed room. But got double bed with additional mattress on floor. No toiletries or kettle. Room were not clean with dirty, smelly and torn blankets. Two lights were not working which made light in room dim. When pointed at the issue the fixed one begrudgingly.

Only positive was the location. mentioned, they have wifi facility which they don't have. Could have met an accident. The ac cage, which was put to place with the help of black tape, missed me by inches. Bed sheet was full of stains. Shower's force was to weak, you can't even bathe. Absolutely not a rupees hotel.

The location of hotel pinned at google maps was different from the exact location, it was on the opposite side. So difficulty in finding the exact location. The property is like a bhool bhulaiyya & seems shady after entering. No toiletries, water bottles or any or-her basic amenities were available in the room. Also they charged me 500 for checking in early.

No proper facilities provided, we booked 2 rooms, in one room no ac provided. In both rooms the fans controls were not working, fans were running at top speed in one room and lowest speed in other room. No toiletriese provided. Not even provided doormat, towels. Geyser was not working in one room. When we asked for water, provided in dirty thermos.
