I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The service was exceptional, the food quality was excellent, and the staff's behavior was top-notch. The stay was very peaceful. Room view was very good. The staff was very prompt and helpful. Pawan rai needs special mention. He is always there to help you. Wish him a bright future. You can count on him. He is an asset the hotel.

It was a good experience overall. I found customer service was very good. Staff are very polite and cooperative. They helped me in getting khichdi for my 1 yr old baby. That was really a great help for us. Overall experience was really good. Though i was expecting an room with bath tub, which i have seen while booking through mm t but it was without bath tub. It was the only setback i found during my stay.
