Good price, cleaning is little ok, excellent location for market n station

The hotel was quite ok. The toilet wasn’t in the good conditions as shown in the images. The room wasn’t much clean. And the window was broken hence could sleep the whole night due to mosquitoes.

My booking is cancelled. And i don't credit e my money

This hotel is very bad service and very lousy srraf and room is old and bad-bu bhi baht aati hai bathroom pillows and our items is very bad

Faltu hotel, kabhi mat ana, bed bhi tora ha ha, fully uncleaned hotel. No room service available

1) broken co-mod 2) jammed drain outlet at toilet 3) broken chair at room 4) no room cleaning 5) no change of pillow covers 6) dirtiest blankets covered with dust and bad smell 7) not a single hanger or wall hanger or cupboard to keep off the used dresses 8) uneven bed difficult to sleep 9) commercially the price was cheaper rs - per day was offered instead of heavier prices charged to me 10) overall the horrible experience in this room

I want to cancel my booking after visit hotel but this was not feasible. Hotel hygiene bathroom and all things are bad in room. I never thought that make my trip will provide such type of hotel. Your team may surprise visit such type of hotel and remove from app for booking. Very very bad

Very bad experience with aroma hotel. Staff is very bad and uncivilized. Very dirty environment, room were not cleaned. Overall total waste of time and money.

the behavior is the biggest issue of this hotel, any staff members doesn't behave properly the bedsheet was not washed have black patches on bedsheet bathroom was so unhygienic taps were broken up water was licking and they don't provide water dispenser they told to buy water from outside i have never stayed in this kind of hotel before so unhygienic and pathetic coustomer service. no thanks👍🏻

The room was very unhygienic and stinky. Was having the most unpleasant stay. Horrible experience of my life in staying there. Dirty pillows, dirty bedsheets and dirty blankets. Bathroom was most untidy and smells like hell.

The hotel was dirty and the room photos were not doing justice to the rooms condition, the room had thin walls could here people from other room vomit and shout, could hear traffic. The bed was dirty and bedsheet had stains. It was a horrific experience. So i had to go out and search and then book another hotel

It was a terrible experience in hotel Aroma, the room was really unclean, the smell from the washroom stinked. The toilet was dirty. The door was not even locking properly and when we went to complain about this they forcefully made us leave. My family would get sick if we stayed at that unhygienic place.
