It was alright. The location of the hotel is quite good. It really close to the sea. So it's easy to take casual strolls on the beach. However the room we were in had a dysfunctional flush system. The staff were quite good and helpful. Arranged cars when needed. Lastly, the food service leaves wanting more. It was all veg which is not an issue and the food was tasty as well. But the servings were strictly regulated and everything had to be pre-ordered. No room for casual ordering in the restaurant. Overall it was good but could be improved.

Staffs are very courteous. Food in restaurant is good but it takes time to make because it is made fresh when one orders. All items in the menu are not available, for example South Indian food. Its location is very nice. Just across the road one can access the beach in 2 minutes.

The hotel staff was not helpful. In fact some of the hotel staff person looks highly unhygienic and uneducated. They don't bother to take the luggage at the time of arrival. Hotel room -intercom (telephone) service was not working. It is pathetic to request every time to start the AC of the room or even change the bedsheets once at the time of arrival. The bedsheets of the booked room was not changed during my two days stay even after making repetitive request.

Hotel rate is too high compared to the location. Hotel peoples are mentioning about different types of room, but there is only one type of room is available, maintenance is very poor (air-conditioner is making sound, fan is dirty, carpet is a dirty, you have to ask for house keeping every time). Location wise you have to spent Rs. 100 every time for Marine Drive Road/Swargadwar for through & fro. Food in the restaurant is healthy, but if you are non-vegetarian person you will be upset. Behaviour of hotel staff is non considerate.

Construction work going on in hotel, rooMs allot ed were not up to mark in the annex building backside of main wing. Not at all satisfied with the booking made with make my trip. Washrooms even are not maintained.

As per the amount charged for the room, it was below average, whether it is about the room, cleanliness, facilities, convenience, locality etc ... Nothing was more than average about the hotel, not a good experience ..

Disgusting rooms. Rooms are not as per the pics. Hardly being cleaned. Doesn’t change bedsheet, balcony is pathetic as in front there is asbestor n garbages. Had to keep balcony always close bcz of mosquito. No all out n wifi provided. Restaurant is too tiny and untidy. As per the manager n receptionist the offers provided for non AC rooms, but it ain’t specified such while purchasing orders. This they provide disgusting non AC dirty rooms conveying that the pics are of AC rooms. Also, not even a soap provided in washroom…….pls don’t opt this hotel n if u bought it already, And also I’m having viral fever now - I m sure it’s bcz of residing there
