I cannot praise this hotel enough, what a jewel. The rooms are big, airy, and everything is so well-appointed. A lot of thought has gone into the design, with superb storage spaces, coffee tables, drawers, etc. Plenty of space to stash luggage so it doesn't get in the way. Great room-lighting options from dim to bright. All switches by the bedside so I didn't have to get up to turn the lights out. The bed and sofa were so comfortable!
The hotel provides toiletries and towels, and 24 hours hot water. My suggestion here is that guests be informed that the air-conditioning is switched off from the reception when the guest is out. This way we can ask reception to switch it back on when we arrive. I spent ten minutes thinking my AC wasn't working.
Also, manager needs to be careful to ensure he "switches to the full tank" of hot water, whatever that means, because I didn't have hot water one morning since he forgot. This is crucial if the guest wants early morning darshan.
Staff was polite, helpful and cooperative. Food can be ordered from a nearby restaurant and is delivered to the room. All in all this place is great value for money, the best part being it is literally a six-minute walk from Shrinathji temple.
