Bad hotel and service

No value for money. I have booking for one day there for 8 February 2016. I reached at 12. 30 pm but the deluxe room I booked was not ready. They provide me a room which have no bathroom. Then after 3 hours I went to reception again then they said the room will be ready in 10 minutes. But they haven't have cleaning staff. It's enough I went to another hotel and booked another room for the night. It's a terrible experience I pay twice for one day.

We have worst experience of our life in that hotel booked from make my trip at late night 12. 40 the hotel owner asked us to do check out as they did not receive any mail or confirmation regarding the booking
