Location is good. But, room, lenin, bed are below average. Luch / breakfast areas is in the entrace itself and the reception appeared like a make shift arrangement

Extremely unhygienic room, bed sheet was terrible. No hot water for taking a shower.

The rooms are poorly maintained and not up to the mark. They were not clean upon arrival, with dust on surfaces, stained linens, and an overall lack of hygiene. Basic amenities like proper lighting and functional fixtures were missing or broken. The walls and furniture looked old and worn out, showing clear signs of neglect. The bathroom was especially disappointing, with unclean floors and a foul smell. It seems there has been no effort to maintain or upgrade the rooms for guest comfort. Overall, the condition of the rooms is far below expectations and needs urgent attention and improvement.

Rooms are very conjusted all are old like furniture and all tv, ac not working. Manger was very rude. Over all its not good hotel on such high price.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was perfect—easy to access and close to everything I needed. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. The amenities were top-notch, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the well-maintained facilities. Most importantly, the service was exceptional—the staff were friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

1 room service not satisfactory 2 room maintenance is not satisfactory 3 small refrigerator available but not working 4 telephone in the room is not working properly 5 tea water heaters with no connection, i replaced the plug from the tv to heat water overall average and not meeting the parameters with the tariff you charged. Return at least 50% or offer a discount in the next booking. Avoid such hotels in listing

Room was on 4th floor, it was all dark corridor and the entrance was clumsy. Asked for toiletries (Comb) which they denied, requested during check in time to help me with at least bread butter/Bannas in the morning as i shall be checking out at 5.00 am, said yes, but was never given when asked. the room is worth on Rs 800+taxes, not more than that. the toilet was uncleaned with some stains.

They denied my check-in at 1am night saying room is not available. Now how can that be possible ? i had a prepaid booking and also i informed them earlier about my check-in time

Room size is ok. Provided 2 single cot put together for a king size bed. They have provided another bed for the 3rd person. Room cleaning and mopping is ok. But shower head is spraying every where and we could not use it. We got hot water round the clock. Lots of cockroaches in the room.

Its not 3star for any reason. They should really work hard on cleaning of room door locksonly 1 towel kept for 2people occupancy no cleaning of room done for 2nd day.
