excellent rooms with quality breakfast and location was easy to find and easy access to all locations

The property was very well connected to railway stations the rooms where good but the washroom it was stinking everyday the smell from sewage was making it difficult to use and also the breakfast was not upto mark it was just okies

The property is located close to the Salem railway station and has quick access to the NH, making it convenient for travellers. The front desk staff are polite, helpful, and accommodate needs promptly. The food spread is good too. Rooms are pretty well maintained.

My recent stay at your property was overall pleasant and comfortable. However, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of food served during breakfast. There were worms in the upma, which is highly unacceptable. I immediately informed the waiter, but unfortunately, I did not receive any proper response or action at that moment. I request you to take this matter seriously and ensure better hygiene and food safety standards in the future.

Cot and furniture was not neat and ac was not working properly. Washroom was not clean

Very worst customer service and room maintenance is not up to mark. Food quality is not good. Way of customer response is not good

The rooms were good. clean. AC was good. The bed was ok. Could be better. Food might not be very great but is good for a day's stay.

This hotel become old, all the rooms are shabby and not clean, they need to do all rooms renovation, food is also average

I paid for a suite room. Close to ₹4.5K a night. The basic expectation is hygiene, WiFi and Service. All the expectations were broken. Hygiene - The bathroom stinked. Water was extremely salty. Like Scale on every possible surface in bathroom. WiFi - Non Existent for me. My IPhone couldn’t connect to the wifi and the hotel’s IT guy’s response was “My IPhone is connecting. It’s your phone’s problem maybe” on a phone call through the hotel’s staff. So basically no one on ground to assist. Couldn’t connect to WiFi. My work suffered. Service - Below Par. I had to call 3 times in 20 minutes to get one service.

Spacious rooms, quality food, courteous staffs and good ambience

Location is good. Food is poor. Amenities are poor. In my room hot water is not there. Only warm water. Service is poor. To clean the table after food, i had to request 3 times. Food rate inside resturant is high and quality is poor. I have opted for andhra tamoto pappu. It is too spicy, not able to eat with rice. Bill prepared more than the prices of services utilized. When asked about the break up the person who prepared bill has no clue. Then adjusted as per the rate he told. For the rate i paid, it is waste to stay in this hotel
