Very much satisfied
I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of services offered. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive to every need. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and I was quickly guided to my room. The room itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It had a fresh, welcoming ambiance and was equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each day, keeping the space spotless and replenishing supplies as needed. One of the highlights of the stay was the excellent room service—timely, polite, and efficient. Whether it was food, laundry, or general requests, the response was always quick. The in-house dining options were also quite good, offering a variety of dishes that were both tasty and reasonably priced. Overall, I had a very nice experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Terrible to say the least
The location is terrible! The rooms are awful, and the service is nonexistent. You see a pile of garage just left like that beside the window. Unprofessional staffs and hotel managers to spice up the already awful place.

Terrible Experience – Extra Charges Demanded!
soloI had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Ashyana. I had already booked my stay through MakeMyTrip with full payment done in advance, but upon arrival, the hotel staff demanded an extra ₹1400 for no valid reason. Despite showing them my confirmed booking details with no pending balance, they refused to check me in unless I paid the extra amount. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they didn’t provide any proper explanation for the extra charge. I had no choice but to pay since I was traveling and had no immediate alternative. The rooms were also not as clean as expected, and the service was below average. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. , be prepared for hidden charges and poor service. Avoid this place at all costs!

Guests must procure meals from outside if required.

Stayed in a single room. It was quite compact. Friendly staff and efficient service were positives. For 2k, expected more space. Hopefully, other rooms are more spacious.

Poor experience
Location is poor. The room i got was really small. Not spacious enough. The location was very poor. Area is not great. The room had a lot of small bugs. We complained about it so they sent for a disinfectant. We asked for a room change, they changed the room which was quite okay. Overall not a good stay.

Don't go here at any cost.
Location wise very bad. Rooms are horrible so is the breakfast. No availability of iron or laundry facilities. Washrooms do not have basic toiletries. Rooms are tiny.

Too much expensive with no facilities. Room size is very small, no bath kit is available, ac is not working properly, drains are chocked due to this reason water logging in the washroom. Very odd design of room. It's completely worthless.
