The Manager was well-behaved. Rooms spacious. Interior good. Bathrooms were not spacious but cleaned. Wash basin and commodes are front to front. Restaurant in rooftop. Lift not available. Service was good. Overall good hotel to stay.

Booking cancelled without any prior notice

I had booked this hotel on 25th December evening while travelling from Jodhpur to Delhi. I got confirmation mail from makemytrip for two rooms by 5 pm so I was assured that my booking has been confirmed. But when I reached Jaipur, it took me 1 hr to search this hotel and when we called hotel manager he told me that he didn't receive any booking in my name. I have to call back makemytrip where makemytrip representative told me he can't provide me any room in Jaipur now and he will refund my amount at 11 pm when I was in Jaipur with my family. Then this hotel manager called us after speaking with MMT representative and provided us room in other hotel which was actually of lower category with minimal facilities. That rooms were not at all value for money. But we had no option other than to stay in that hotel. I strongly recommend to always confirm the booking from hotels even if we get a confirmation mail from makemytrip.

Very bad experience in Hotel Asian Palace

Our stay at the hotel was traumatic. The A/C was making a lot of noise and the bathroom was extremely small. The tv was broken and the cupboard and shelves were very dirty. We were provided with a cheap soap in the name of toiletries and no towels or glasses were provided. Pathetic?!! The room was also smelly. There was no sanitation or covid measure. We were served toast and tea for included breakfast. Overall a 0.5 ⭐ experience! The only good thing is the location. That's it!!!

Bathroom was so small as it only kids can accommodate. Toilet sheet was broken. Salty water. Tv was not working.
