Location was towards Secundrabad. The hotel was neat and clean. Employees were well trained. The food was good, but the price was high. Overall, it has been a decent experience.

I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hyderabad. Highly recommended!

The bfast is nice. Room size is good and location is good for those who have work in this part. Next to iconic paradise. However the positives end there. It’s an oldish hotel in decline but worst is their inability to adjust to situations. I reached early 930am but they werent giving room till 1130am and asking 1K extra for early checkin. Not a good experience for hotels that has rooms empty. On top I booked for 2 adults but was only one staying yet they didn’t adjust. Then I asked can I take a breakfast today as I am alone and paid for 2 bfasts Tom. They said no. Whereas I cudve used the bfast time to be around in hotel and wait for room. Now I had to walk out and find a bfast place. I told them smilingly not to expect a good review. And it’s a mgmt problem not a reception desk problem for de prioritising customer experience and only thinking about making extra money.

I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly, it did not live up to expectations. The room rates are outrageously high for what they offer—definitely not value for money. The food was another letdown: bland, overpriced, and lacked any real flavor. Worse, they don’t allow outside food, so you're stuck with their poor-quality meals. Adding to the inconvenience, the hotel has a strict no-visitor policy, which made things difficult for me during my stay. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re ready to overpay for subpar service and limited freedom.
