As per rate the hotel should be deluxe. But it looks like a normal village hotel. Cleaning is very very poor. So many insects and rats are moving inside the room.

Not comfortable

The hotel room was below average, not properly cleaned. No heater was provided in a place like shillong in winter. They charged extra 300 for heater. Food was not good, tried only breakfast. Kettle in room was dirty and used before. Very dissatisfied

Terrible Stay

Hotel was really bad, switch boards not working. Room is smelling. Pathetic experience in the hotel. It is really a bad experience. Experience is really bad. So smelling room. Staff is bad also not understanding.

Terrible Stay

Room was dirty and geyser was not working. When we check out around 8 o clock, no complimentary breakfast was provided as it was not ready, when they promised to give around 7. 30 am
