Everything is good rooms service location parking but there is no restaurant nearby and also hot water issues[ maybe some technical problems ]

It was a pleasant experience staying at astoria residency. Excellent service provided. Hot water is available and drinking water dispenser also provided. Cab service is also provided for sight seeing. Overall a great experience.

The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. The place is very clean and tidy. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Plus, the service is quick and hassle-free!rooms were quite expensive due to the seasonal demand, but overall it was worth it!

Absolutely amazing! it's for sure the next time we visit ooty, we'll be residing here again. The staff is very helpful. All the basic amenities are available. Cleanliness is top-notch. The royal family suite is comfortable and spacious for a family of 4.

It was a pleasant stay. There was no disturbance and good parking facility was there. It's at a walkable distance to the botanical garden. The water dispenser was very helpful and we had comfortable stay at astoria. Keep up the service. We could arrange for swiggy delivery at the hotel address and we had food as cutlery was available in the hotel itself. We dint have to waste time waiting for our turn in the restaurants.

I booked this property through make my trip. The stay of 3 nights was awesome in the hotel "astoria residency" with beautiful hills view through room windows. Whenever in future i ll go again to ooty i ll stay in this hotel only. The staff's behaviour was very polite. The amenities provided by the hotel were excellent. I'll rate this hotel 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were well-behaved and attentive. There is also a good car parking area available. Although the hotel does not have a restaurant, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and you can easily order food online. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel as it provided a great experience for us.
