Rooms were not clean. Staff was very rude, no complimentary water was there and soap and towel were not there

Staff is not good, they did not treat us good. Service is poor not up to the mark and their bed sheet is not clean. No soap and towel is there in bathroom

Bedsheet not clean and pillow cover not clean. And after 3&4 hours the electricity was not come. The cut of electricity is 20 to 30 mint.

We stayed for 3 days and we have called reception almost every 30 minutes for every problem. Rat seen in the room, water stops while taking shower, no ventilation.
