coupleThe hotel is at a good location near mall road. But you need to hike for 5 min to reach the hotel. It was neat and clean for us. We stayed only for a night. Haven’t tried the food.

Average class
Location of this Hotel is upside Road. So for young people it is ok. But for older people it is not recommended. Service of this Hotel is average. Room size small.

Service and food very bad

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. If the food was bad, it makes us wonder what made you order food repeatedly. Food rates were as per menu. You had the choice of ordering as per your budget, or eat out. The room rent was displayed while you made the booking. Nothing was kept secret. It was entirely up to you to book the room.
Very cheap, disgusting, not a Hotel this is worst level guest house
familyAny one who looking for a Hotel don't go for this. This is not a Hotel it just a like a cheap type guest house over the hill. No towels, no toilet paper. Cheap type bed. No food available. Nothing I found like a Hotel. So for me this is a worst level Hotel.

Just to add on to the list, you can keep on cribbing about towels, soap and toilet paper. When you checked in there were already 2 towels and 2 soaps in the room, which is as per standards. However you hid this from the MakeMyTrip team and called them that you haven't got them, our housekeeper however still provided you with 2 more towels and 2 extra soaps, which you confirmed to the MMT helpdesk that you have received. As per the bill, you took breakfast on the day of arrival, so the question of food not available does not arise. However, you asked the management about Non-Veg food to be prepared Halal citing religious reasons to which our management obliged and was ready to go out of the way, and buy and serve Halal meat for you, you did not react. You had the choice of canceling the booking, which you confirmed with the management that it will only be possible if the promises made to you at the booking were not met, and were even advised to check with MakeMyTrip if you desired so. When the management inquired about the reason for canceling the booking, you did not say anything and said that the room is not as shown in the site, which our manager got verified in his phone on the MakeMyTrip site and showed you as well, to which you had no response and you shut the door at his face. The fact is you got a dirt cheap deal at the peak season.

Fantastic hotel and location is too good
My experience of this hotel is extremely good. Service is fantastic. It's location is very good. You can seen full view of Lake from here. Hotel staff is familiar and provides us very service. There is no restrictions in this hotel.
