Review Of Hotel Aura Near Malad Link Road

There are 2 approaches to the hotel. One from the main road, the other from inside. It’s better to enter from the main road side. There is also valet to park if you have your own car Food is available in the attached restaurant for a more than average price. Buffet is served on 2nd floor common area where you have to stand and eat. Property is decent if you get under 2800 bathroom has bathtub also for deluxe room. Overall good to spend a night in Malad for this budget.

The food was not good.provide food like the street food. Other amenities like kettle,tea bag etc were not provided by hotels. How you mentioned in your list, as per rate night it was expansive in this location.

Lighting system was very bad. There was no any wardobe in room. There was no any electric kettle in room There was no any glass in room There was no sofa There was no toilet roll in washroom There was no my dental/shaving kit in washroom Morning breakfast was arranged at balcony of 2nd floor. Overalll experience was bad. Only one thing is good that room was big n cleaned.

Rooms were not cleaned ,bedsheets cleaning were also not upto the mark, hotel ambiance and cleanness was not good , lift not working , breakfast was at 8.30 am not at all worth where this type of hotel should charge maximum 2500 (as compared to mumbai city other hotels )

I came to Malad from the south on a 7 day trip to visit my cousin. Booked Aura for my stay and it felt like home especially because of Rajnish and his colleague Jyoti. Anything that you need they are at your beck and call. Rajnish upgraded my tariff for free when I had minor issues with the original room/tariff I had booked. Rooms were clean without power or water outage or noise. Overall a great stay. Thanks to the steward. I wish I get such good people everywhere I stay.

Stayed found hospitality very good from mr Rajnish and Jyoti, very helpful and knowledge staff

Good staff and room is very clean and staff is very politel and food quality is very testy 😅
