> during my stay, no routine housekeeping was done that is generally done on a daily basis. However when i called for cleaning, only room floor cleaning was done by mop. > basic need items(like tea, milk, sugar pouch, tooth brush & paste etc) were totally missing. However on demand it was provided but no top-up system. > only one towel was available in the double bed room and the cleanliness of that was also not up to the mark. > restaurant not available in the hotel, so when i ordered food from their menu available in the room, 50% of the item was not available. > the breakfast menu & system is very disappointing, only 2 items were available in breakfast and the taste was also not good.
