Smooth check-in experience though i checked in at late night; good parking space for cars and bikes; bath and shaving kit was provided; room space was also adequate; adequate plug points which i consider a big plus since i carry 3-4 rechargeable electronics and all can be recharged at same time. Overall very good experience

The rooms are clean and tidy. Food is very good. Staff members are very pleasing. Centralized ac is good. Hot water available ample car parking. Center of town, so easy access to many places.

The hotel was very accessible, just a few meters away from the bus stop and less than 3km from the railway station. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The restaurant had a great ambiance with good food in terms of taste and quantity.

With family, travel-led this place on a pilgrimage for 2 days, had a comfortable stay. Service was good and they attended all our issues almost on time.

At the centre of town. Traveling to nearby religious places was easy. Food is ok but coffee is awful polite staff relatively young. Big parking area. I recommend for families on pilgrimage trip

Pros: ambience, restaurant, staff behavior, rooms are clean, enough park spacing, and location bang in center of town. Cons: there is meal plan provided by hotel. But, mm t doesn't include breakfast option.

One mistake needs to be corrected. The location in the map is wrong, it shows on the wrong side. If you search for hotel silambu in google maps it shows the correct location. Silambu was the older name of the hotel.

Stayed one day for official work. Check was very smooth. Rooms are small but neat and clean. A/c was not good because i kept in minimum temperature but room was not cool but maintaining only mild cooling throughout the night.

Suite booked had issues with toilet flush and jet, room was near and clean next day we booked to deluxe room pillow cover given was torn, dustbin with pedestal was not working we had given a shirt for laundry as we needed for a function at 8am in the morning at 7. 30 pm it was still lying in the reception and not attended to

Rooms are clean, but food and restaurant is not worth and it’s very expensive. Prices for the room also doesn’t do justice

Staff were curtious, enough park spacing and location bang in center of town. Towels/ bed spread looked yellowish pale in color. Bathroom was clean, it could haven better, no hand tissues. No hand wash soap.

The room is good and it was nice but the behaviour of them in the restaurant and room service behaviour is not at all professional and rude and they are showing the attitude towards their customer

Denied the booking

After reaching the hotel they denied our booking, they said that they are fully booked and they can’t provide room for us. They said that they already informed to makemytrip about it and they are not responsible for the booking.
