Review Of Hotel B R Regency

The rate charged by mmt for this hotel was almost 7k per night which is equivalent to a 4 star hotel. The hotel did not have in-room dining, hot water for bath, did not have any amenities including wifi and most mentioned while booking the hotel. The car cannot even reach the lobby which meant i had to drag my baggage that too on an incline. Same hotel shows a price of 3000 today this is cheating by mmt and demand a refund

It was somewhat fine for short duration stay. Restraunt facilities not there so need to arrange food from outside.

Location is great, but not much eateries are available and they don't even have a restaurant. Rooms were okayish, not a great grand hotel. Staff were good, cleaning needs much attention. Even the lift was stinky. Don't give more than 2k per night

I stayed for 2 nights. Neat and clean room. Very spacious. Bathroom was nicely maintained. Budget hotel. I didn't had food from the restaurant.

When i reached, there was nobody to pick up my luggage to the room, and i had much luggage that my driver had me from car to hotel, hotel gave me keys of wrong room, and when i entered, i reached someone’s and their luggage was there in the room. I immediately closed the door, went to the reception and asked about this blender, they said oops and handed me over another key. The exhaust fan of the washroom was not working. It must be a good bathroom earlier, but maybe it was not cleaned for months. It was really very filthy. Only good thing in the room was the bed sheet which was really neat and clean. Otherwise we were about to get out from there.

The hotel owner and his daughter were so kind and very nice people. They helped us get good contacts with auto/taxi drivers; made us feel so welcomed. They are one of the nicest people i have ever met. The rooms are really great, the hotel is also at a great location, just 1km from the railway station/bus stand and 5km from the airport. I would recommend this hotel 10/10.

Excellent location. Newly renovated room. Room & bath room facilities a lot to be improved. Only reception service is good. They are polite and friendly. No catering services provided. They are working on it.

Hotel room and environment surrounding is really nice. But service is not good.

*rating is 2 - bad* 1) no food available 2) no breakfast area provided 3) the service was very pathetic the things mentioned above should take into consideration, as people travelling from places find it difficult to get the things adjusted once they took the stay here in this hotel. my option is as mentioned.. okay 👍

I was staying with my family for only few hours, as we took two rooms for refreshing and went to temple early. Ambience and room is good lift was not working at the time bathroom maintenance can be improved a bit

Hotel location is very near to trivandrum railway station and also padmanabhaswamy temple also the rooms and bathroom were very clean and service was also good by staff.

It was really an excellent stay for us. Place is within the city and nearby to many places. Value for money. There is no restorent here but there are many restorents near by
